Newsletter Serial
As some of you may know, I'm running a serial story in my monthly (sometimes it's less than monthly (: ) newsletter. One of the things I always wanted to go back and write about was the time when Will was rescued from the cage by Blade and first came to the Warren. Just how does a traumatised little boy go from life in a cage to learning to trust the people who've ‘adopted' him? Can he believe their promises? And how do Blade and the gang at the Warren learn to deal with a verwulfen boy who has no socialisation skills?
It's a lot of fun, and will be running in the newsletter over the next couple of months. Right now, only the first two chapters have been written and released. I don't think I'm finished with what I want to do with the story yet. If anyone who has newly signed up to the newsletter wants to read the earlier chapters, I'm going to put them together in a single newsletter format.
Just email your interest to me using the Contact page and let me know that you'd like to see the story from the start. I'll happily send you out the serial newsletter so you can catch up! (Edited to add: I think you might have to sign up to the newsletter for it to register on mail chimp, which is the newsletter service I use. I won't claim to be a techno guru, so there could be other options of doing it, but I'm pretty sure I can just forward on the serial newsletter once you're signed up. The next newsletter will be going out on Monday the 9th June. Look out for a new cover reveal, the third chapter in Will's serial, and maybe some news on where London Steampunk is going next.
